I had a great experience at Smythe Volvo, this was one of the easiest dealerships I have worked with. Everyone involved in the process, from Amanda in internet, Stephen in sales, Francine in finance, Henry in delivery, and the front desk were excellent. Everyone was very helpful and efficient, but also made sure that everything was covered, and all questions answered. Stephen was very transparent with the sales process and made sure the sales and customer service experience were amazing. Henry did a great job in explaining the vehicle in detail and going over all the features with me and was patient in answering all questions. I highly recommend visiting Stephen at Smythe Volvo.

Went to Smythe Volvo for the purchase of my XC60 and worked with Jesus Caba. His attention to detail throughout the time of purchase was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer. Went to Smythe Volvo for the first time today. Just went in to introduce myself because I was looking for a Volvo dealer close to my home that I could bring my new S90 T8 for service. Keep in mind I am a car guy! Very picky about who works on my vehicles. Spoke to Val the general sales manager and after talking with him for 15 minutes I found a sense of peace and trust and now Smythe Volvo is my place to go also met Jesus Garcia real nice gentleman and got to know Doug MacAdam the service advisor and I have complete trust that Smythe Volvo will be able to service my Volvo in the future and have answers to any questions I might need answered. Also they have four vintage Volvo's on the second floor which gave me a sense these guys are real Volvo guys! I love this place!
My wife and I have been looking for a Volvo XC60 for the past year and came across one of the vehicles at Smythe Volvo that had everything we needed and wanted in a car. Since we are a little over 2hrs away, I called to see what our next steps would be. From the very start of the process, Shaun was absolutely fantastic. We put a deposit down and made our trek there today to check it out. Everyone we encountered at Smythe was friendly and personable and really made the process of purchasing this car so much more fun and easy. When we decided this was the one, Henry was there whisking through the paperwork so quickly and it was the most painless process ever! Paul was also there helping us along the way and was just so pleasant to chat with. We also got a complete walk through of all the car’s features before they sent us on our way.
